When you book with A1 Plumbing, they send confirmation via text and email. We also received a photo of the service technician 30 minutes before the visit, and Rob called to tell us, he was on his way.
When Rob arrived, he took pictures of the problem areas and provided a quote and detailed explanations before commencing the work. Upon completion, Rob showed the repair work before accepting payment.
I highly recommend Rob and A1 plumbing.
